Throughout his career, Tyrique has worked behind the scenes with current and former professional athletes, NIL talent, and high performance individuals, helping shape personal brands, evaluate opportunities, navigate partnerships, and think beyond the next season. While much of that work remains confidential, one lesson has remained consistent: talent creates attention, but strategy creates longevity.
His career began in talent management, where he witnessed firsthand how exceptional talent could be limited by poor guidance, short term thinking, and decisions made without a long term vision. Those experiences shaped the philosophy he brings to every athlete today.
