Meet the Founder
Tyrique Smalls is a Brooklyn-born artist manager and the founder of Inner Circle Group. Influenced by the golden era of hip hop and shaped by real industry experience, he built his career on access, discipline, and trust.
His entry into artist management came from protecting a childhood friend whose talent was undermined by poor guidance and industry exploitation. That experience revealed a truth Tyrique still operates by today: most artists don’t fail from lack of talent, they fail from lack of structure, strategy, and protection.
Known for his ability to read the room, build authentic relationships, and move with integrity, Tyrique has opened doors for artists while shielding them from culture vultures and short-term traps. He values accountability, communication, and understanding the business as much as the art itself.
Inner Circle Group was created to position artists in the right rooms, at the right time, with the right people. Tyrique focuses on long-term careers, branding and rebranding, and strategic visibility built for longevity, not hype.
